Accept Your Offer

Follow these steps to accept your offer and guarantee your place at Eynesbury.

You’re almost ready

Congratulations on receiving an offer!

If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer explaining the program that has been offered, the fees payable, and program commencement dates. To secure your place at Eynesbury College, you must return your signed Acceptance form and pay program fees as specified in your Letter of Offer.

Here are the steps involved in accepting your offer.

Step 1

Understand your Letter of Offer

Your Letter of Offer will outline the following:

  • Eynesbury College program(s)
  • duration of the program(s)
  • commencement date(s)
  • program fee(s)
  • condition(s) of the offer (for example, condition may ask for you to provide a copy of your evidence of English proficiency). Prior to or at the time of accepting your offer, you must provide evidence to show you have met your condition(s). Failure to do so will mean you will not be eligible to proceed with your enrolment or student visa application.

Step 2

Acceptance and payment of Fees

In order to accept the offer, it is necessary to pay the fees and charges due as indicated in the Letter of Offer. This will include partial program fees plus the Overseas Student Health Cover charge (if applicable). Find more information and how to pay your fees.

Step 3

Complete the student acceptance and payment agreement

Make sure all the sections of the Offer Letter are completed and signed and return to the Eynesbury Admissions Office at eynesbury.admissions@navitas.com

Step 4

Receive confirmation from Eynesbury

Once Eynesbury receives your payment and Student Acceptance Form, you will be issued with a receipt and provided with a confirmation about your enrolment at Eynesbury which includes information about the compulsory Orientation program.

International students will also receive the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for the student visa application.

Note: Students who are under 18 years of age must have a Caregiver/Guardian in place before the Confirmation of Enrolment can be issued for visa purposes. Australian law regards students under the age of 18 as minors and there is a special visa requirement regarding their welfare. Students under the age of 18 must be placed in the care of a guardian while studying in Australia.

Step 5

Attend orientation and enrolment and begin your studies

Congratulations, you are just about ready to start your Eynesbury program. Your first day at Eynesbury will begin at Orientation and Enrolment day. It is compulsory for all students to attend Orientation and Enrolment.
